Meet The Owner

My name is Heidi Merrin and I’ve been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years. I started competing when I was 7 years old in Washington State for Gymnastics East. I have a deep love for the sport of gymnastics but I equally enjoy the life lessons that are taught. My childhood coach truly inspired me and taught me to reach for my dreams. Later in life I had the opportunity to coach with him and he helped me pay it forward. After moving to Utah, I coached at a few gyms but eventually broke off and opened my own gym, Arches Gymnastics. My life’s mission is to provide a safe environment where our sweet gymnasts can become the best versions of themselves. We can coach with love and still win competitions. Arches Gymnastics is my lifelong dream come true and it warms my heart to see my gymnasts become coaches themselves. When we surround ourselves with amazing people, we can change the world one gymnast at a time.

At Arches Gymnastics, we offer comprehensive lessons covering the fundamentals of general gymnastics, as well as specialized training in vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Our experienced coaches provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, ensuring each child feels empowered to reach their full potential.
